If you could change the world simply by changing your spending habits, wouldn’t you?  Jiva, a new kind of activewear, was founded on the notion that the road to a sustainable future begins with individuals making practical changes to their everyday habits.  By providing beautiful, sustainable clothing, Jiva gives people a way to literally wear their change! 

Jiva is a new collection of sustainable activewear made from the softest Chinese bamboo and organic cotton.  The line consists of distinctively designed clothing perfect for yoga, Pilates, the gym, or everyday life.  With vibrant colors and unique graphics, Jiva is a new kind of eco-conscious clothing that doesn’t sacrifice style or comfort.  Jiva offers women a hip alternative to typical sustainable clothing lines and a choice in activewear they can feel good about whether they are headed to Ashtanga practice or taking their kids to school. 

The collection is named for a Sanskrit term meaning ‘life force’ and was motivated largely by the practices of yoga and Pilates.  Each practice emphasizes using energy and strength in positive ways that connect and invigorate the mind, body and spirit.  We feel that every part of your practice should facilitate this, including the clothing you wear.  At Jiva, we are always looking for ways to provide fun, luxurious pieces that inspire the individual both in their practice and in life.   

Not only can Jiva customers feel good about the product they are wearing, but they can feel good about buying it!  Jiva is committed to donating a portion of its proceeds to Eco-charities. At Jiva, we know that the possibilities for change are endless and that a combined movement of small practical contributions really can make a difference.

Inspire Us 

We know that inspiration comes from many places.  We’ve found inspiration in fabrics, ideals and even music.  As Jiva grows, we will look to the customers and the boutiques that sell our clothes to inspire us.  We want individuals to connect to Jiva, not only through their decision to wear their change and buy our product, but also in the design process.
