Standard Shipping
Standard orders are processed once credit card authorization and verification have been obtained. Orders shipped via standard delivery typically arrive in six (6) to nine (9) business days (Monday through Friday, not including holidays) for the United States, US Territories and P.O. boxes in Alaska and Hawaii. Please allow up to fourteen (14) business days for shipments to A.P.O. and F.P.O. addresses.
Next Day Shipping
Orders placed with Express Shipping Monday through Friday (excluding holidays) before 2:00 PM PST / 5:00 PM EST will arrive within 2 business days, pending credit card authorization and verification.
Orders placed with Next Day Shipping Monday through Friday after 2:00 PM EST / 5:00 PM PST, or on weekends and holidays, will arrive within 3 business days.
Express Shipping to rural routes and remote locations typically arrives within 5 to 7 business days.
Express Shipping is not available for Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, P.O. Boxes, APO or FPO addresses.
Next Business Day Delivery
Orders placed with Next Business Day Shipping Monday through Friday (excluding holidays) before 2:00 PM PST / 5:00 PM EST will arrive on the next business day, pending credit card authorization and verification.
Orders placed with Next Business Day Shipping Monday through Friday after 2:00 PM EST / 5:00 PM PST, or on weekends and holidays, will arrive within 2 business days.

Multiple Shipments
Where a single order results in multiple shipments, the shipping and handling charge only applies to the first package shipped. There are no additional shipping and handling charges for subsequent shipments for the same order. Also, there is no shipping and handling charge for a Gift Card unless you ship via next day or other express delivery method.
Shipping Carriers
We have determined the most efficient shipping carrier for your order is United Parcel Service (UPS) for all ground, next day or other express shipping needs.
If you have a FedEx account number, which can be verified, and request overnight express delivery, we will gladly accommodate your request. You are solely responsible for all express shipping fees.
Shipments to International Addresses
Jiva will ship to any address that can be verified and tracked.
RETURNS
Jiva will accept returns of unworn, unwashed or defective merchandise for a full refund or exchange. Tags must be attached.
Returns with a receipt
We will accept a returns with original receipt for a full refund if items are returned within 30 days of the purchase date with original receipt. Items returned past 30 days after the purchase date are eligible for a merchandise credit. Gift card purchases are non-refundable.
Refunds are processed via the original payment method. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
Returns without original receipt
If you do not have your original receipt, you may request an exchange or merchandise credit for the current selling price of the items returned. Just let us know what you would prefer.
Returns with a gift receipt
An exchange or merchandise credit will be issued for the purchase price up to 30 days from original purchase date. Mail to the Jiva Returns Department (see instructions below) in order to receive your exchange or credit for the purchase price. We will notify you via e-mail that the return and/or exchange has been processed and your Jiva account has been credited. You should expect the credit in your account 10-14 business days after we receive the return. Refunds are processed via the original payment method.

Easy Exchanges
Return merchandise with the original invoice to the address below, and order your new merchandise at the same time by calling 1-888-814-JIVA anytime. In-stock items will be shipped within approximately 24 hours at no charge for standard shipping and handling. We will bill your credit card for the new merchandise and process your credit for returned merchandise as soon as we receive it.

You may call us anytime 888.814.JIVA [5482] and order their exchange items. We will process the new order, ship in-stock items, and apply the appropriate charge to your credit card for the items. Upon receipt of the return Jiva will refund you via your original payment method, excluding shipping charges.
Changes and Cancellations
If you'd like to cancel or change your order, please call 1-888-814-JIVA as soon as possible. We'll do everything we can to accommodate your request. But please bear in mind that our order-fulfillment and shipping systems are designed to get orders on their way quickly and efficiently. Therefore, we cannot change or cancel an order once it has entered the shipping process.
